Vitamin C contributes to: maintaining the normal functioning of the immune system, reducing fatigue and exhaustion, collagen formation, for the skeletal system, ligaments, gums, teeth and skin, energy metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system, maintaining mental health, increases iron absorption, regenerates the reduced form of vitamin E.
